The rhythm and tempo of music has a beneficial impact on person's desire to perform in unison movements. They can calm or excite the human nervous system have effect overall physical condition person. Regular fitness classes help improve mental performance students. Types forms aerobics allow you use an individual approach when choosing tools methods education lessons. In our opinion, motor mode during should correlate with psychological emotional state participants, as well their level development. As result regular classes, students functioning musculoskeletal development skeletal muscles. introduction teaching higher educational institutions training course "Valeology" opinion will gain important knowledge they need throughout lives.
